Foreclosure homes are cheap at they said???

Hi, I was looking at yahoo for some houses in my state, so I found some information about REO homes, but for example, there are many prices, are prices listed there from $3,000 to 3,000,000 so, cause I don’t know how this works, I wonder if a REO home said that the price is $5,000, that is the real sale price?? that is the only price that I need to pay for the house??? or there is the basic price or what??? Do I need to pay something else (besides insurance and taxes????) I ‘m very confused.

Thanks.

What would be a reasonable offer to make on a home listed for $27,900.?

Are there guidelines to go by? The home is a bank foreclosure if that matters and needs several upgrades….thanks:)

non-commercial websites of foreclosure listings?

Hello — I live in DC and am looking for a foreclosed property as the only way of being able to afford a home here. However, every website I go to seems to be a commercial venture: once the site is entered and a property found, registration and / or payment is usually required. Bank owners of foreclosed properties will be keen to sell these without barriers to viewing, so these register sites are obviously just skims and scams — how do I find a place that lists such properties for sale?

how can you look up home foreclosures from the public record website?

I just see lists of mortgages. I don’t want to pay for the lists if I can look it up myself

What legal right do i have if a family member on the same mortgage re-financed and i am not listed on new one?

very sticky situation. Took over family house due to a foreclosure. Stupid me kept their name on with mine and my husbands. They turned around and re-financed with out my knowlege. What are my legal rights?

Where do I find those lists of bank foreclosures, REOs, pre-foreclosures, and/or any combination of for free?

I had notes on this, but I lost them.
